At RMS Titanic, we strive to ensure your historical reproductions and collectibles meet the highest standards of quality. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dock receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
